I have gone through all the posts for TCL Roku TV constantly rebooting.
1) Power cycled the tv off.
2) Switched power outlets several times, several different outlets
3) Pressed the reset button on the back of the tv for 20 seconds to factory reset. (several times)
4) Changed from direct ethernet connection to wireless connection.
5) After factory reset and restarting it still constantly turns off and on and I cannot get to the settings screen.
