For anyone seeing the Streambar LED staying on solid white, or pulsing white, while TV is off...
Make sure the mute function is not on when turning off TV. In my experience, the mute being on prevents the Streambar from going into standby mode. (LED off) Also, standby mode doesn't begin immediately; the TV has to be off for short period before the LED goes off.
