I have a bose cinemate 1 sr soundbar connected to my new roku tv via the optical connection. The last 3 software updates have caused my TV to lose connection to my soundbar. I've went through all the normal troubleshooting steps, but the only thing that I can find that resolves it is doing a factory reset and taking my TV back through the device discovery process. I've had the TV for a couple months and this just started happening, so something in the latest software updates is causing this. Any other suggestions?
Also, how can you report a bug to Roku software support? I found a post showing me how to get a tracking id, but cannot find anyplace to submit an issue to them
