We had the same problem. However, the problem was our own Roku remote. Once we replaced it with an updated remote the problem went away.

Anyone fix it without buying  a remote it's xmas we need the  TV

Nothing works to get off RDIO. Pressing any button on the remote takes you to RDIO. Can’t even power it off!! Please find a way to fix the software bug!!!

I’m having the same problem when I turn on my roku tv, it automatically goes to the RDIO app page regardless of what button is pressed. I’ve tried unplugging the tv and replugging it in but it goes back to RDIO. It’s obviously a software glitch and nothing seems to work. Has anyone been able to resolve the issue? Has Roku released any software updates to address the RDIO problem? These threads seem very old so I have very little hope that Roku has fixed it.

@Mariaeuge, if it's the remote malfunctioning, no update is going to fix it.  Try using the mobile app as a remote and if the problem goes away you'll know it's the remote.
