This happened last year then stopped. Now it’s happening again! Banner at bottom of screen asks “Exit Hulu?” (Or whatever I’m watching) Two choices EXIT or CANCEL. IF I hit either one I’m thrown out to the “Add RDIO channel” screen!!!! Roku needs to send out a FIX for this very annoying problem! I have a 55 inch TCL ROKU TV. It happens both with the TCL ROKU remote and with my Roku phone app.

We would recommend trying to unplug your TV for 10-15 minutes and then plugging it back in to see if that resolves the issue you are seeing.

I am having the same issue, nothing seems to work. I've turned it off, unplugged for the 15 minutes, cleared the cache on the remote, deleted un-used apps. I've now ordered a remote. Idk what else to do. I have a 58 in ONN Roku tv.
@Barlowchick707, I suspect the new remote will fix your problem. Please let us know one way or the other.
My TCL reputv is stuck in Rdio mode cannot do anything even went and purchased a new remote cannot get there about my TV they are doing nothing to fix this as I read several complaints time we take a stand and get these people to fix it

Janadee, every single button you press on the controller takes you to the Rdio app. There is no way to use the controller to go to Settings and perform a Restart. I’ve seen numerous complaints about this issue and not a single effective solution.

I have the same problem with my Roku tv. We bought additional remotes, eventually they all do the same thing. We have multiple Roku tvs, different models and all doing the same thing. Sometimes every click goes to rdio, sometimes it goes to fandango at home.
