- Are you getting any error messages when you try to watch those channels? Can you snap a picture of it?
- When did you first encounter this issue?
- What steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue?
While you're at it, can you give your TV a quick System Restart? Here's how: Home > Settings > System > Power > System Restart and confirm. Here's a link for additional tips!
