At random while I’m watching TV, my Roku camera will appear in the bottom right corner of my TV and show what the camera shows. I just got the subscription last week and it started after that so I’m inclined to believe it’s something in the subscription. Anyone know what this is and how to disable it?
Hi @krilkbe ,
Thanks for your first post here in the Roku Community! We're grateful for letting us know about the behavior you see on your TV about what the camera shows. No worries, we're here to help you.
Please be advised that this feature is only available for our Roku doorbells and only happens once the doorbell has been pressed. With this being said, may we know if it only occurs when the doorbell has been pressed or if it happens even when it's not being pushed?
To acquire specific information, kindly provide us with the particular smart home device you're referring to.
In the meantime, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We look forward to hearing from you to discuss this concern further. Thank you!
Best regards,
Jess
