Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Is this issue happening on a specific channel or does this happen regardless the channel? What are you doing when this issue happens?

The issue happens on multiple channels, Hulu, Netflix, Boomerang, etc. We will be doing nothing but watching the TV, attempt to adjust the volume or rewind part of the show and it will freeze and shut off. Often, we have to completely unplug the television and plug it back in to get it to resume normal operation.
Have you tried removing the channel(s) from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel(s) back once more.
