Roku TV excessive power consumption at idle

I just tested a brand new 43 inch 4K Roku TV made by Roku. I was shocked to see the power consumption of 20 watts when on idle. When I turned it on, the power consumption went up to 87 watts (movie mode setting), which I also thought was a bit high, considering this is not a QLED TV.  Although I love Roku OS, that idle power consumption was a dealer killer for me, so I ended up returning to Best Buy. Anyone else experience this, or was this a defective TV I got?
