I have had the same problem for many months. Extremely strong internet and a newer Streambar Pro. ALWAYS returning to Home Screen. When I contact tech support, they follow a script to attempt to help: Cycle power, reset modem, factory reset, software update, etc. When the call is over, which usually takes approx 30 minutes, they assume the problem is fixed when it is NOT. RIDICULOUS! Follow-up calls follow the same routine and scripted response: Call, wait, accomplish the same troubleshooting steps, no solution, end call, problem exists, call again, etc. An endless and worthless loop. This community site, if you read the responses, offers no help. I see the team is working the issue but where is the solution?
