Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? When you state hard reset, is the Roku TV making you set it complete back up again?
If you are still experiencing this issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku TV brand and model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
With more information we will be able to assist you further.
