Anyone experiencing channels not loading on their TVs? It began 2 days ago while we were watching , and has now progressed to PRIME. BANDWIDTH is not an issues, nor is the software update any ideas?

I had the same issue, I unplugged my streaming stick and took out the batteries from the remote. Waited 3 minutes and plugged it back in and it worked.
