I just purchased a brand new TCL 1080p HD LED Roku Smart TV from BestBuy.
I also registered the device on my Roku account.
Free, or other, Movies & Shows on the Roku Channel DO NOT WORK. After clicking "Play", Movies & Shows DO NOT LOAD, and the screen just refreshes. I tried the following:
* Deleted the Roku Channel.* Did a System Re-start.* RE-installed the Roku Channel.* NONE of the Above fixed the issue.
* I then, RE-SET to Factory Defaults.* Went through the ENTIRE Setup process again.
The issue continues to persist. This seems to be a common occurrence for MANY customers. I feel extremely cheated out of my hard earned money and wish I DID NOT trust Roku AGAIN.
100% of EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS.
The TCL HD LED Roku Smart TV is BRAND NEW & Under Warranty. CAN YOU SEND A TECH TO MY ADDRESS TO FIX THIS?
