I have my 3810EU plugged into my Denon AVR. It's running Software version 11.5.0. build 4312-50. Somewhere along the way it seems to have lost support for Dolby Surround Sound.
Digital Output Format is set to Custom: Dolby Digital, DTS On
Streaming Audio Format is set to Dolby
Audio Mode is set to: Auto (DD, DTS-HD)
Yet when I go to watch something on Netflix (4k HDR) or Amazon prime, where you'd expect there to be 5.1 sound, my Denon AVR never changes from "Stereo" output. I am certain it used to stream in Dolby.
In this a known change? Am i going to have to get a Roku 3820?
