If you go into the privacy settings on your Roku TV you can turn these ads off, but it also turns off the more ways to watch feature. To turn this off go to your Settings and select Privacy. There you will find an option to “Use Information From TV Inputs.” Turning that off should disable these pop-up ads.
I followed all these steps, and I still am getting ads on my TCL Roku TV. What can I do?
Give more details and a picture of what you are seeing would help.
Same I keep having ads
Thanks for the post.
Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What kind of ads are you seeing? Where are you seeing them? Can you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?
With more information we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Danny
My problem is trying to turn off the banner at the bottom of my TV using my new Streaming Stick+ on the Spectrum TV app that obscures sports score with a row of squares along the bottom that says, LCD, 1080p, MCI, Dolby, Triple, Clear Voice HDMI and USB. It comes and goes. Thanks.

This is the ad that won’t go away when I am trying to watch anything ! How do I get rid of it completely!!
That looks like the store \ demo mode, just turn it off.
