Seems like this shouldn't even be related, but: I was watching antenna TV on my Roku TV, when I tried to pause it (I have a USB in). A message said the USB had to be reformatted, so I did. Immediately after reformatting, the Roku TV says it can't detect any of my antenna channels! I tried rebooting, rescanning for channels, checking for system updates, unplugging/replugging both the USB and the digital antenna. But nothing works. Any ideas?? Thanks!

Have you tried contacting your TV manufacturer support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
