Power off when turning off tv

When I use my Roku remote to turn off my tv I hear “Power Off”.Anyone else have this issue?

Look in the Accessibility settings for your TV and see if have some sort of "voice assistance" or "screen reader" enabled. (use your TV remote, not the Roku remote).
