Well... @RokuAustin , is there any way to check whether @agottschling 's TV is on some kind of "do not update" list?
@RokuAustinJust following up on this, Is there a way to check if my TV is on some strange list that's preventing it from updating?
For anyone who finds this thread going forward, I had to open a case with Roku support. I'll update here if/when this issue gets resolved.
