Philips Roku TV won't connect to internet

Today, 1/21/2024, I purchased a new Philips 65" Roku TV.  Upon trying to set it up, the internet would not connect.  Choosing the wireless connection, my SSID shows up with excellent signal strength, I input my password, then it will not connect, and i get a 014.50 error.  Any help? Please?
