Peacock is still charging me!
Peacock is still charging my bank account for a monthly subscription. I cancelled back in November, I cannot log on to peacock because it doesn’t remember my account/email/password or username. I have tried to cancel it through the Roku app but it does not even show up as a subscription. So I cannot watch peacock or find my account and I’m paying for it still. Can somebody give me any answers?

Could never get Peacock to open. Would not except my email and password. Keeps telling me to try later.

I had the same problem. I highlighted the Peacock app on the Roku home screen and pressed the * button on the remote. I used the menu that popped up to cancel the subscription. I had to do it 3 separate times over 2 months but it finally took. Good luck.
