No Information on live TV guide

I have done a power restart on my TV and still can't get the TV guide to work. It did work when I got the TV less than 1 year ago, brand new, but it stopped working about 4 or 5 months ago. How can I get it to work? I have another TCL ROKU TV and it works on it.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What are you seeing on screen? Have you already tried rescanning for channels to see if that resolves the issue you are seeing?

I have rescanned the channels as well. My same exact TV in another room running off the same Antenna works just fine. The TV not working properly is even closer to the Antenna. It will let us, most of time, watch the channels just not see the writing of what's playing.

Thanks for the follow up.

Can you please provide us with the following information so we can investigate further:

-what OS build is your device running?
-what region are you located in?

-if you move your antenna to a different location, does it resolve the issue?

-are you using the same antenna for multiple devices?

With more detailed information we will be able to assist you further.
