I cannot get my tv to recognize my pin. I went to my Roku account and reset the pin but the tv doesn’t seem to be linked. When I try to link the tv it asks for an activation code. Then I can’t get the code. This is frustrating.
It's not clear what's going on. Did you factory reset your TV? Usually it's the TV that generates the code to enter on the Roku website. Can you post a picture of what you're seeing?

As @renojim mentions, its unclear what you are inquiring about. If you performed a factory reset on your TV and you are unable to retrieve a link code, we would recommend trying to connect your TV to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you can generate a link code.
