Hi, I want to know how to erase aitomatic pop up advertisements on the screen. It comes up every minute…Does someone know how to do that?

It sounds like your TV is set up for store/demo mode.  I don't know if there's a settings buried in the menus or if you have to factory reset it to get it out of that mode.

Thank you for your answer. I don’t find any hint in the setting menu, so I may have to find the way to reset that.

Go to settings  you will see store settings   Check box to remove
