My TCL suddenly got dimmer on the top half of the screen a couple of days ago. It's not really dark or black, but it's obvious that whites are quite dim on the top half of the screen compared to whites on the bottom half. The TV was great for almost a couple of years, and then this just happened. I did a factory reset, and the dimming issue went away. HOWEVER, after I turned the TV off and came back to it hours later and turned it back on, the dimming problem came back.

- This issue is constant on the TV including Roku channels and cable. I first noticed it a couple of weeks ago. I tried to fix it with a factory reset, and initially that solved the problem. The top half of the screen was no longer dimmer than the bottom half of my screen. I then proceeded to change my picture settings back to where I had them before, and everything was fine. I turned the TV off because I needed to leave the house. When I came back home and turned the TV back on, the top half of the screen was dimming again. I tried two more factory resets, but that no longer would fix the issue.
