HELP. Program on NBC tonight I want to see!!! Help me set up my LIVE watching.

I want to watch a LIVE program on local tv on NBC and don't know what I am doing. I need HELP please.

Do you have a Roku TV and not a Roku device connected to a TV?  Do you have an antenna connected to the TV?
