My tv is doing the same thing. Says it noticed a new device and I haven’t changed anything. I can’t get to my settings on the tv because of the flashing hdmi prompt.

This is an absolute joke. I already was completely over your products, but after this I'm never purchasing your products again, and am going to make sure I tell everyone I know about what a joke your products are. Get your stuff together!!!!!!

HDMI1 on startup asks to be renamed and thinks something new is connected
Starting March 2025 my usually reliable Roku TV now asks every single time I power it on to rename HDMI1 with a confusing message about something new being connected. It is a newxfeature, annoying as there is nothing that has changed and this whole process reminds me that people keep fixing things that are not broken. Will this be acknowledged as a problem or bug and will it stop happening. Really annoying.
