Our 8 month old TCL television is non stop scrolling after doing a system reset, factory reset and unplugging the television. I've looked at the remote and there are no stuck buttons or issues found on there and the tv scrolls with the remote not having any batteries. Does anyone know of a fix?

Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer - TCL to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS. In addition, Roku TV remotes are solely manufactured by TCL. They'll be the best ones to help regarding your issue.
