Can not add apps to Roku TV

My t.v. will not alow me to add apps. Such as Netflix or Hulu. It says to check email that is connected to the tv. When i do there is no email there. We have tried using the roku tv app and it still does not work. Please help me solve this issue.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Is your Roku TV already activated and linked to your Roku account?
