Brand new TV makes buzzing noise from speakers when off

Hey there I noticed that my brand new Phillips Roku 65" qled makes a strange buzzing noise when plugged in and off. I can't figure out how to make it stop, when you get close it sounds like a small little car engine. I play everything through aux and it's not that connection it's coming through the speakers even though they should be off.
