As a quick point of clarification, Roku Streaming Players and Roku TVs use different IR remote codes for IR functionality. You'll need to use a Roku TV remote or corresponding IR code.
Your TV manufacturer can assist with an official replacement remote if you need one, or you can check out our accessories page here: https://www.roku.com/products/accessories/roku-tv
Thanks,
Tanner

My apologies—an oversight on my part.
No, we do not currently offer an Accessories store in Canada. You'll want to contact your TV manufacturer in that case.
Thanks!

This is stupid. It's a **bleep** scam that I have this expensive SMART T.V. and can't use it when the remote is lost. The only option is to buy another remote?! That's not only ridiculous but shameful on element. There should be a way I can use my T.V. without the stupid remote.
