Roku SE 360, view on a desk top computer?

This was asked previously and the answer was not straightforward. Can you or can you not view the video from the Roku SE 360 doorbell camera on a laptop or desktop computer?

I don't believe it's possible right now, but see this post.  Note that Roku has a habit of announcing things long before they're ready.
