i p viewer pro says onvision not enabled

i have a annke DN81R  DVR WITH 4 cameras hardwired. i purched the app i p viewer pro .i have entered the i,p address of the dvr and it finds the dvr DN81R THEN SHOW YES ANS PTZ YES THEN something else yes then a  window opens nd reads profile name 001/H264 AND KEEPS GOING WITH another line under that 002/h264 ECT. FOR 12 LINES  a line reads JPEG Snapshot/http. last line reads cancel.

no matter what i select it give me a window that reads onvision not enabled. this is where im stuck.anybody got a fix for this?
