Do you have more than one Roku? Do ANY of them show a Paramount+ subscription? Check on all of them to see if any of them are linked to a different Roku account (i.e. different email address shown via Settings > System > About).
Check the email address to which that "welcome back" message was sent. That should be the email address under which the channel was subscribed. You would need to log into the Roku account at that email address to find that subscription.
