Why in G*ds name would anyone use Roku

Been trying for over 3 weeks with the so called live “Support” clowns in California took a day off work to meet their schedule no help no assistance no results.
why in G*ds name would anyone use this cr*p. I now have two units I use for paperweights and out $200 US fir lifetime Roku.

Junk, garbage, cr@p

stay away at all costs unless you thrive in aggravation

I have had no issues with mine, but if you state your specific issue, someone might have some ideas.  By the way, what do you mean by “lifetime Roku”?
