My amazon prime keeps crashing. I can’t watch anything without it crashing within the first five minutes and it’s infuriating. I’ve tried everything. From reinstalling, updating and refreshing to scrolling throughout entires movies to get them to load. Nothing works and this seems like a common problem amongst users. If it’s not fixed, I’ll simply end up discontinuing my service.
