KorTV is a live Korea app, has several channels from Korea available, though most aren't free. However one channel just seemed to have quit working altogether, which is Chosun. It was free, and had some entertaining stuff on on, but one day it suddenly seemed to quit working altogether, I don't get any message, it just simply won't go to that channel.

You need to contact KorTV. They are responsible for how their app works. Scroll to the bottom of their home page for a Contact Us link.
