First try the simple "System restart" from Settings->System->Power.
Check for updates by highlighting the icon on the Home Screen, pressing * on your remote, and choosing "Check for updates".
If it still doesn't work, try the old "remove, restart, re-add" routine:
- Remove the app by highlighting it on the Home Screen, pressing * on your remote, and choosing "Remove app" (if that option isn't available then you must have a subscription through Roku and it won't be possible).
- Restart your TV from Settings->System->Power (don't skip this step!)
- Add the app again
