I trying to add the Kocowa channel. It keeps asking me for a PIN. In my settings, I have checked that a PIN is NOT required to add a channel. It won't let me add a channel without a PIN. How do I get around this?
Is it possible that you have more than one Roku account? Check the email address displayed under Settings->System->About and make sure that's the one you're using to log in at https://my.roku.com .
