The Free NBC Peacock, isn't free anymore

Jump to solution

Everything I've read about the fact the free version of Pecock isn't free anymore says "legacy free users will continue to have access to the service."
I wish that was true! Even though I've had the free version of Peacock on my Roku device for MONTHS, and have been using it, as of last night I am no longer able to watch for free.
Shouldn't my free Peacock be restored given the fact that I am a legacy user?

Hi @the5thbeatle,

Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!

For more information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact Peacock TV support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

You can reach Peacock TV Support here

Please keep us posted on what you find out.

Best regards,
Mary
