We are not unable to access the Tennis Channel and get an "API FAILURE" message upon selecting the live broadcast.
This is after removing and restarting Roku as suggested - did not work.
Previous posts from Oct 2021 are on here suggesting to submit a support ticket. The Tennis Channel submit request is not working and there is no way to contact anyone there.
There is a previous post that suggest Tennis Channel support was working on the issue but there was no resolution.
Roku support points to Tennis Channel support, Tennis Channel support does not exist.
So far a dead end.
Does anyone else have this issue. Is there any solution?
Same problem for a while now. Wimbledon is almost here! Has anyone been able to fix? As has been mentioned, deleting and adding channel back has not solved the problem. Tyia
Same! Very aggravating! Have seen no resolution by googling - and it has happened in the past to many people. Tried to submit a help request on tennischannel.com but their SUBMIT button doesn't seem to work!
