Re: Streaming local networks
Hi @ymomc55
Thanks for the post.
Have you already tried unlinking your cable provide credentials from the channel and then re-authenticating the channel to see if that resolves the issue?
Please keep us posted on what you find out.
Warm regards,
Lianna

@ymomc55 More information would be helpful. Who is your TV provider? Comcast, Spectrum, Hulu with live TV, YouTube TV, Fubo???

Re: Streaming local networks
Roku channel apps for NBC, ABC, CBS require authentication against a TV provider (satellite/cable, etc.) account that carries these channels.
Cloudpath errors generally deal with logging you into your subscription to a channel that uses the Cloudpath service for its account authentication and subscription management, such as the NBC/Universal family of channels.
One thing that some have reported fixes this is going into the channel on your Roku, finding the way to log/sign out. After signing out log/sign back in again to re-authenticate using your tv provider credentials. Once the Cloudpath authentication problem on one channel has been cleared up, typically the rest follow automatically.
Let us know how you make out.
