This is an issue ONLY with the Spectrum app. Every time I wish to stream Spectrum (no cable boxes, only streaming), we have to re-enter our account information. This is especially annoying as we have a long nonsensical p/w and have to look it up every time.
We will also be asking Spectrum, but Spectrum customer service is laughable, at best.
We are struggling with the exact same issue. We own a 15-unit motel and each room has a Roku TV. Every day I have to go into each room to log back into the app. It's beyond frustrating. I haven't found a solution yet.
