Using a 2021 Roku Streaming Stick 4K model# 3820X accessing Netflix as an extra member (if that's the correct phrase) on our kid's Netflix account. Recently, after speaking a movie name and selecting an icon on the resulting screen, if that service is Netflix I'm deposited on the home screen rather than being taken directly to the movie. So then I have to use the Netflix find function, laboriously entering the movie name by character. Roku says this is Netflix's problem; Netflix says it's Roku's problem. Anyone else experiencing it and have any insights as to a resolution?
