For years, I’ve seamlessly been able to watch downloaded movies from my external hard drive that’s connected to the USB port on my Roku TV. However, at some point recently, there must have been an update that has changed the way my Roku is reading my hard drive because several movies will no longer play on the TV. Nothing has changed with my external drive - no new movies added, nothing deleted, etc. Some movies still work but take a lot longer to load now, but some can’t be played at all. Please let me know what I can do to resolve this issue.
