Purchased Dashcoop today 08/17/2022 but now request a refund. It stated it was "fully customizable however it is NOT. It it just a black & white picture on my TV. All other channels are functional but not Dashcoop. How to get refund??

Also it is NOT a screensaver. I am very disappointed. 😞

I don't know about a refund, but Dashcoop gave me many options, and mine is functioning as a screensaver.  When you click on the Dashcoop channel, you should see "Change Screensaver Settings," which will give you the customizable settings.

I see time, date, temperature, wind speed and direction, and a five-day forecast.

Not seeing "settings" anywhere as I have with CLOC. Even CLOC settings still allow me to change things but doesn't work.

DASHCOOP just opens as a static picture. It is not clickable anywhere. The time is correct & temperature is close...but nowhere is it clickable.

How do you get to settings on DASHCOOP???  (so disappointed 😞

Please forgive my ignorance !! I kept messing around with Dashcoop & found settings !! Now I am all set !!
