RLP-999 has been a problem for years. Spectrum does not care because they WANT you to spend 12.99 a month for a cable box. It's like they have been charging me for WiFi and the **bleep** box does not even have WiFi (I run my own), or they just added something called "Entertainment View" and no one even ordered it! I am pretty much over Spectrum and will be killing it off very soon. I have been a MSC systems engineer since before Al Gore invented it. 😉
