I have been watching the Acorn app on my smart tv for a number of years. I paid Acorn directly every year. I got confused recently and in trying to renew Acorn on Nov. 23 apparently I did it via the Roku website which had nothing at all to do with my previous subscription. So when I click on the Acorn icon on my smart tv now, I get a message saying to use the credentials I use for Roku. I don't understand what this means. All I want to do is watch Acorn. Can anyone suggest a way to handle this? Apparently, Roku doesn't talk to customers. It just wants to collect fees and not provide service. Very disappointing.
