Prime, YouTube, CW, Disney+ not working, but Netflix and Max are working
I have two Roku devices - one on Wi-Fi, the other is wired - and the same thing is happening on both. Prime, YouTube, CW, and Disney+ apps stopped working. The apps say the network isn’t connected. I did a network check and it says it’s ok. At the same time, some apps - Netflix and Max are working.
I tried the following on both:
- I tried a reset - didn’t help.
- I rebooted the router - no joy
- I tried reinstalling the apps. I can remove them, and I can find them in the app search, but I can’t install them. No reason is given, it just says they can’t be installed.
- I tried a factory reset on one of the devices. It connected to the Wi-Fi, but it won’t connect to my account. It says it can’t send an email and the QR code doesn’t display.

Roku just posted that they have a service interruption. I’m sure that’s the issue.

I'm having the same issue on my Streaming stick. Netflix works but Sling, Disney+,Tablo all won't connect. I deleted the sling app and couldn't reinstall it. No reason given. Something is definitely up on Roku's end

I did everything also just like you posted. Tried removing then readding the apps - got error indicating they can't be added back. (Max and Disney). Tried factory reset - that did not work. Tried full restore - that did not work. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection, the TV will not let me add back my Roku account to the TV. But I can log into my Roku account on my laptop as I am right now. I gave up, the TV is useless now.

It looks like the Roku outage is fixed. I was able to get the apps installed and working, as well as completing the factory reset.
I hope you have the same results.
