A community moderator immediately closed the thread after my reply. Yes, Prime Video is not Roku's responsibility but the prior version of the thread had the correct answer. I was hoping members here would have a good answer again. Why would you close this thread? What is the harm in keeping it open for a week to find out if anyone has a good answer. They had the correct answer in the prior situation. Yes, I have also pursued this with Prime Video but the Roku community is more active. Can you please just reopen the thread so anyone who wishes can reply. thanks
