Hi, have you read the responses for Roku moderators? It's just like the commercials, same response over and over. They will do nothing about it. Thanks Roku for NOT listening to your viewers.
They actually did help with the screaming. There was a volume balancing setting I was unaware of. Made it so commercials were the same as my show volume. I don't remember how to get to the setting now, but it worked. Check back on the thread and maybe the directions to balance the volume are still there?
